For Teenagers
You mark your week too.
Wazna is not an app your parents use on you. It is a record you both keep. They write the list. You both mark it. The number at the end of the week belongs to the facts, not to anyone's mood.
Your Today
Open the app and you see today's list. Tap Done, Partly, or Not done on each item. It takes about a minute. Be honest. The point of your marks is not to win. It is to know where you stand.
You cannot see their marks, and they cannot see yours
Not until both of you have marked the same item. After that, both marks sit side by side. If you said Done and they said Not done, that is worth a conversation, and now there is something specific to talk about.
Two numbers
Your Score comes from your parents' marks. It is the official one. Your self-check comes from your own marks, with the same rules. When the two are close, you see yourself clearly. When they are far apart, one of you is missing something. That is useful to know either way.
Why?
Tap Why? next to your score. It opens your week item by item, worst first. No guessing, no “because I said so”. If you think a mark is wrong, you know exactly which one to raise.
Every item has two weights
One is what you earn by doing it. The other is what you lose by missing it. You can see both before the week starts. Partly earns half and costs nothing. A day nobody marked is not a zero. It is simply not counted.
Rewards
Your parents set rewards at certain scores. You can see how far you are from the next one. Once you earn a reward, it stays earned.
Consequences you know in advance
Some rules have a short ladder: first time this week, second time, third time. You can read the ladder before anything happens. Nothing new gets invented in the middle of an argument, and it starts fresh every week.
Streaks
Keep an item going day after day and the streak shows beside it. It does not change your score. It is just yours to look at.
What stays private
Your parents see your marks. Your brother or sister never sees your list, your marks, or your score. The people who run Wazna cannot read any of it. There is no location, no messages, no screen-time tracking. Wazna only knows what you and your parents typed.
A bad day costs what it costs, and not more. Losses are capped, so one day cannot wipe out a good week. Then Sunday comes and the week starts again.
