Before you write
A person reads every message. We answer within 3 working days, in Arabic or English. If your message is about an account, write from the email address you signed up with. Please do not send passwords or a child's PIN. We will never ask for them.
Requests about your data
For a copy of what Wazna holds about your household, a correction, or a deletion, see the Privacy page. Those requests are answered within 30 days, as the policy says.
